Next weekend, Bottle Logic Brewing will be releasing a popular barrel-aged stouts and one of its variants on the same day.
The Anaheim-based brewery will be selling RedEye November 2019, a 14 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with molasses and rye before being aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on “an exclusive blend” of Brazilian Oberon, Colombia Patroness, Tanzania, and Honduras coffee beans sourced from Mostra Coffee in San Diego.
The imperial stout is being sold on the same day as Bottle Logic’s Darkstar November 2019, a 14.09 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with molasses and rye before being aged in bourbon barrels.
Both of the stouts are part of Bottle Logic’s Stasis Project Series, which “celebrates the barrel as a fifth ingredient” and includes other notables such as Resplendent Angel (13.75 percent ABV), Paisley Cave Complex (13 percent ABV) and The Lost Colony (12.5 percent ABV.)
According to Bottle Logic, RedEye November 2019 and Darkstar November 2019 will both be packaged in 500ml bottles priced at $23.95 and $22.95 each respectively that will go on sale via Eventbrite on Nov. 10. Purchasers can pick up their bottles starting on Nov. 16 and no proxies will be allowed.
