Bottle Logic Brewing has teamed up with J. Wakefield Brewing, and the resulting creation is going on sale this week.
The Anaheim, Calif.-based brewery has announced it will be selling bottles of Mxyzptlk 2017, a 13.1 percent ABV imperial porter brewed with Dulce de Leche in the boil and aged in rum barrels. The porter was then conditioned on both cassia bark and Cuban-roasted espresso beans before being bottled.
People of Earth! We’re psyched to welcome @jwakefieldbeer as the Player Two collaborator in our next #StasisProject release! . #Mxyzptlk is inspired by a rum-soaked fifth-dimension take on silky, decadent Tiramisu. As mischievous and complex as its namesake, this porter was brewed with Dulce de Leche in the boil, aged in rum barrels, and finished over cassia bark and Cuban-roasted espresso beans. . Our Public Bottle + Glassware Sale goes live on Sunday, October 15th. Check out the Eventbrite link in our profile for all of the details!
