Just eight days after Bottle Logic Brewing’s last beer went on sale, we now know when the brewery’s next beer will be released.

The Anaheim, Calif.-based brewery has announced that it will be selling bottles of Ground State 2018, a 12.89 percent ABV imperial breakfast stout brewed with Vermont maple syrup before being aged in bourbon barrels with cacao nibs and Guatemala Antigua coffee beans. The recipe of the stout has changed every year it has been bottled: the original release in 2016 was not brewed with maple syrup, while last year’s incarnation was. In addition, the 2017 version was conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans, which this year’s stout is missing.

Ground State 2018 is a member of Bottle Logic’s Stasis Project Series, which “celebrates the barrel as a fifth ingredient” and includes other notables such as Space Trace 2018 (13.6 percent ABV), Leche Borracho (11 percent ABV) and Fundamental Observation (12.5 percent ABV.)

According to Bottle Logic, Ground State 2018 will be packaged in 500ml bottles ($21.95) that will go on sale via Eventbrite on June 3 with a three bottle per person purchase limit. Purchasers can pick up their bottles starting on June 9 and no proxies will be allowed.
