Next weekend, Bottle Logic Brewing will be selling two more of its imperial stouts online.

The first beer from the Anaheim-based brewery is Darkstar November 2017, a 14.1 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with molasses and rye before being aged in bourbon barrels.

In addition, Bottle Logic will be selling Red Eye November 2017, a 14.1 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with molasses and rye before being aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on Brazilian Oberon and Sumatran beans from Mostra Coffee in San Diego. As the name indicates, Red Eye November uses Darkstar November as its base.

Both stouts are part of Bottle Logic’s Stasis Project Series, which “celebrates the barrel as a fifth ingredient” and includes other notables such as Fundamental Observation (13.7 percent ABV), Leche Borracho (11 percent ABV) and Ground State (12.5 percent ABV.)

According to Bottle Logic, both Darkstar November 2017 ($22.95) and Red Eye November 2017 ($23.95) will be packaged in 500ml bottles that will go on sale via Eventbrite on Nov. 19, with a three bottle and two bottle per person purchase limit respectively. Purchasers can pick up their bottles starting on Nov. 22 and no proxies will be allowed.
