The new year is starting off in a big way for fans of Bell’s Brewery, Inc.
The Comstock, Mich.-based brewery is once again releasing cans of its Hopslam 2020 at its Eccentric Café, a 10 percent ABV double IPA brewed six different varieties of hops and honey before being dry-hopped with Simcoe hops. The IPA was first released in 2004 packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles, which were changed to six-packs of 12-ounce cans for the first time in 2018.
While past years releases have included information about shipping dates to specific counties and states, according to a post on Bell’s website, the 2020 release of Hopslam “will make its way everywhere we distribute beer throughout January” and that fans should “reach out to your local retailer, bar and/or restaurant after it has started shipping” to get information on when it is arriving.
As with last year’s release, Hopslam 2020 is packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce cans that are available now at Bell’s Eccentric Café located in Michigan.
