A brand new bottled variant of one of Bell’s Brewery, Inc.’s most popular ales may be making its way to fans sometime this year.

Mango Oberon is a 5.8 percent ABV American wheat ale brewed with real mango before being packaged in 12-ounce bottles.

As the name suggests, the base beer is the Comstock, Mich.-based brewery’s Oberon Ale, which gets its moniker from a character in Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and debuted in 2002.

There have been a large number of Oberon variants since it was first introduced, including Mango Habañero Oberon Ale, Barrel Aged Oberon Ale and Pineapple Habañero Oberon Ale.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
