Beachwood Blendery, formerly Beachwood BBQ & Beer, is hosting a party to celebrate the release of its first 100 percent spontaneously fermented lambic-inspired ale.
Coolship Chaos, a blend of the best barrels from Beachwood’s 2015-2016 coolship season, is a traditional lambic-inspired recipe. It’s inoculated with the natural organisms floating in and around the Blendery and fermented and aged in oak barrels for over a year.
