Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. is releasing The Wandering Tortoise Double IPA to celebrate the second anniversary of the Wandering Tortoise Beer Store & Craft Room.

The Wandering Tortoise is an 8.5 percent ABV Double IPA brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops.

Many other breweries have brewed special beers for Wandering  Tortoise’s anniversary.

  • Burgeon Beer Co. is releasing Desert Oasis, an 8 percent ABV hazy IPA brewed with Galaxy, Nelson & Enigma hops.
  • Wren House Brewing is releasing Good Girl Pearl, a 9.8 percent ABV triple IPA brewed with  Citra cryo, Loral cryo and Amarillo hops.
  • Rowley Farmhouse Ales is releasing Terrapin Transit, a 5 percent ABV Berlin-style Weissbier.

According to the Arizona Wilderness Instagram, Wandering Tortoise went on sale in draft on Thursday and will be available in 16-ounce cans at the brewery for $22 for a four-pack.
