Only two years after it opened, Almanac Beer Co.’s San Francisco Taproom & Beer Garden is closing for good.

The facility located in the Mission District opened on New Year’s Eve 2016 and featured 15 Almanac beers on tap including taproom-only selections, an outdoor beer garden and a full menu of locally sourced cuisine as well as house made charcuterie. According to Almanac, the taproom’s lease has ended and the brewery decided not to renew.

While the San Francisco Taproom will close after the final service today, Almanac still operates out of its brewery, barrel house and taproom located in Alameda, Calif.
