The newest collaboration between AleSmith Brewing Co. and Horus Aged Ales is a variant of an already existing creation.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new joint effort is Barrel-Aged Street Hawk, an 14.3 percent ABV imperial stout aged in barrels that previously held Belle Meade bourbon.

The stout was also conditioned on coconut and Papua New Guinea coffee sourced from Westbean Coffee Roasters before being packaged in 750ml bottles.

As the name suggests, the base beer is Street Hawk, a 12.7 percent ABV imperial stout brewed by the two breweries with Jaramillo Geisha coffee sourced from Dragonfly Roasters and released in February.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
