“Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” One of many memorable lines from the 1987 film, The Princess Bride.

On Sunday, Bedford Park, Ill.-based 5 Rabbits Cerveceriâ will be releasing El Iñigo Montoya With Vanilla Bean, Goat’s Milk Caramel and Toasted Pecans, an 8.5 percent ABV imperial porter brewed with Finca Los Cipreses coffee beans sourced from La Joya de Tarrazú in Costa Rica and custom roasted by Gaslight Coffee Roasters of Chicago as well as dulce de leche from Argentina. As the name suggests, the beer was also brewed with goat’s milk caramel, toasted pecans and vanilla beans before being aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.

According to the brewery, the inspiration for the flavors of the latest variant came from the traditional Mexican candy, glories, which are soft rolls of creamy goat’s milk caramel covered with pecans.

El Iñigo Montoya With Vanilla Bean, Goat’s Milk Caramel and Toasted Pecans is packaged in 500ml bottles ($23) and will go on sale on Jan. 29 at the brewery with an expected two bottle per person limit, although that could be lowered depending on turnout.
