There is another Crush beer being canned, and this one involves fruit.
10 Barrel Brewing Co. will be canning Raspberry Sour Crush, a 6.5 percent sour ale brewed with white wheat, raspberries and an “inoculation of lactobacillus” as well as rice syrup. The sour ale was released by the Bend, Ore.-based brewery as a draft-only option in 2012.
This will be the second time a beer with the Crush moniker to be canned, after Cucumber Sour Crush (5 percent ABV) was released in six-packs of 12-ounce cans easier this year.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Raspberry Sour Crush will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
