A brand new creation may be joining Funky Buddha Brewery’s newest series this year.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the beer in question is Berries and Queens, a 6 percent ABV tarot all brewed with blueberries and lemons that will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles. The new ale will be part of the Oakland Park, Fla.-based brewery’s Funklightened Series, which is made up of “a rotating collection of experimental brews for the imaginative spirits.”
Funky Buddha had previously filed labels for another beer in the series, namely No Crusts Peanut Butter & Jelly Brown Ale 2021, a 6.4 percent ABV brown ale brewed with peanuts and “natural fruit flavors” that has historically been part of the brewery’s Limited Core Series.
An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
