According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Firestone Walker and Fonta Flora Brewery are working on releasing their first collaborative wild ale.
The new beer, Frazzle Sass, was brewed out of Firestone Walker’s brewery out in Buellton, CA, this beer is composed of a blend of blonde sour ales that was aged for over a year in oak barrels with local apricots and nectarines.
Clocking in at 6.3 percent ABV, the beer is slated to be bottled in 375ml bottles for sale across the brewery’s distribution footprint. 650 cases of beer were produced.
An email sent to the breweries seeking additional information was not immediately returned.
