DuClaw Brewing Co. has filed a label for a new addition to its Sour Me Series, a collection of sour beers.
That beer is Sour Me Strawberry French Toast, a 5.5 percent ABV sour ale brewed with cinnamon, dark maple syrup, lactose, nutmeg, ground vanilla beans, and strawberry puree. According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new ale will be packaged in 16-ounce cans.
Past releases in DuClaw’s Sour Me Series include Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, America – Rocket Pop Sour Ale, and Blackberry Honeysuckle Tea.
An email sent to the brewery for information about the timing and distribution of this release was not returned.
