A returning beer will make an appearance later this month to celebrate the return of spring.
Georgia-based Creature Comforts Brewing Co. will be releasing a new vintage of Tastes Like Flowers at their taproom out in Athens.
First released just under a year ago, this ale is a 6.3 percent ABV Saison brewed with local roses, yarrow, marigold, and chamomile, all sourced locally at the University of Georgia’s garden. Unlike the 2020 vintage, this new batch features more flowers including rose petals.
The beer is slated for packing in 500ml bottles for sale at the brewery on April 17.
