Brouwerij Drie Fonteinen Hommage (2013)

Brouwerij Drie Fonteinen was founded in the municipality of Beersel, Belgium in the 1880s as a cafe and geuzestekerij, a place where young and old lambics acquired from other breweries are blended together to produce geuze. In 1953, the establishment was purchased from the mayor of Beersel, Jean-Baptiste Denaeyer, by Gaston Debelder who expanded the enterprise by adding a restaurant on site before retiring and leaving everything to his two sons, Guido and Armand, in 1982.

Stillwater/Westbrook Brewing Gose Gone Wild

Stillwater Artisinal Ales was founded in 2010 by Brian Strumke, a former techno DJ and producer who went by the name Brian Stillwater. Strumke started out as a home brewer who won various competitions, usually in lesser known categories using beers that incorporated different herbs, spices and wild yeasts. In 2010, he released Stateside Saison, a 6.8 percent ABV saison, and so began Stillwater Artisan Ales.
