903 BREWING FILES LABEL FOR AUNT MAXINE’S PINK STUFF AMBROSIA SLUSHY ALE

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), 903 Brewers is working on releasing a brand-new beer to the masses that’s inspired by the classic Ambrosia salad.

The Sherman TX-based brewery is working on Aunt Maxine’s Pink Stuff Ambrosia Slushy, a Berliner Weisse ale brewed with cherry, tangerine, pineapple, lactose as well as marshmallow and vanilla natural flavors.

Clocking in at 6.2 percent ABV, this beer will be headed to the canning line where it’s slated to be packaged in 16-ounce cans for sale across the brewery’s sales footprint. It will be released as part of the brewery’s The Slushy Series.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
