903 BREWERS ADDING OAK-AGED COFFEE COCONUT SASQUATCH RESERVE TO LINEUP

A new Sasquatch variant may be on the way from 903 Brewers.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), that beer will be Oak-Aged Coffee Coconut Sasquatch Reserve, a 12.3 percent ABV “chocolate milk stout” that has been “oak aged” and conditioned on coconut and coffee beans before being packaged in16-ounce cans. As the name suggests, the new stout uses the Sherman, Texas-based brewery’s popular Sasquatch milk stout as its base.

903 Brewers has released a similar beer in the past, namely Barrel-Aged Sasquatch with Coffee and Coconut, a 12 percent ABV imperial milk stout aged in barrels that previously contained Jack Daniels whiskey and conditioned on coffee and coconut.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
