Rogue Ales’ Dead Guy Ale has been a staple of its beer portfolio for many years.
According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the Oregon-based brewery is set to release Dead ‘N’ Dead, a barrel-aged version of the ale.
“Dead ‘N’ Dead compliments the flavor profile of our class Dead Guy Ale with oak and vanilla notes from our whiskey barrels,” according to the label.
Interestingly, the company filed three different labels, each identical except for varying ABVs:
- 7.3 percent ABV
- 7.9 percent ABV
- 8.5 percent ABV
An email sent to the brewery for more information was not immediately returned.
