Next month, Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. is getting a little naughty with a new release.

The beer in question is Naughty Temple 2017, a 7.2 percent ABV strong ale aged in both barrels that previously held Pappy Van Winkle whiskey and 14-month old Heaven Hill whiskey barrels before being blended together and bottled. The barrel-aged ale was first released by the Decorah, Iowa-based brewery in 2011.

Naughty Temple: Barrel Aged Strong Ale. We’re blending 3.5 year PVW aged barrels with 14 month HH barrels in this run!

“He ventures to the Naughty Temple, weaving through its intricate web of slithering sensations, while bitter lovers dance playfully upon his tongue,” reads the Toppling Goliath website. “Slowly, slipping into madness, he surrenders himself to the sweet sip of seduction. As he emerges in the wake of ecstasy, he is greeted with a warm, tender kiss. A wave of bliss washes over him, and happiness is all that exists.”

According to Toppling Goliath, Naughty Temple 2017 will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($25) and will have a limit of two per person when it is released at the brewery on May 20.
