A new Stone Brewing Co. release is “the answer for boring beer fatigue.”

The beer is Jindia Pale Ale, an 8.9 percent ABV double IPA brewed with Cascade, Centennial and Magnum hops before being “instilled” with ginger root, juniper berry tincture and both lime and lemon peels. The Escondido, Calif.-based brewery has used juniper berries before in a draft-only variant of its Stone Cali-Belgique IPA that was released in 2013, and has used ginger before in a draft-only variant of its IPA named Stone IPA with Ginger, Mint & Lime that was released in 2013.
