A new collaboration between Stone Brewing Co., Odell Brewing Co. and Marble Brewery in Albuquerque, N.M. is making its debut across the country today.

The new beer is named Megawheat, an 8.4 percent ABV double IPA brewed with three different hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Mosaic and Motueka. While Odell has collaborated with Stone before, this is the first time for Marble, as well as the first time that all three have joined forces for the same beer.

“Credited with 58 years of brewing chops, our trio built their wheat ale foundation on the classic “C” hops,” reads Stone’s website. “Then, we rocked a pure hop triad of “M” hops to achieve a supercharged succession of orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, spice and dankness. The undulating riffs of Motueka, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops slash through the wheat haze with equal footing, never playing over one another. The cacophony of flavor is what fans would expect with a name like Megawheat.”

According to Stone, Megawheat is packaged in 22-ounce bottles and is being released at retailers across its nationwide distribution network starting today.
