A new beer from Stillwater Artisanal Ales gets its inspiration from a country south of the border.

Levadura—which translates to yeast from Spanish—is a 4.6 percent ABV “Oaxacan-style gose” brewed with agave, lime and salt. In addition, a comment on Stillwater’s Instagram page indicates the gose features “a touch of smoked grains…to emulate mezcal.”

According to a post on the Baltimore, Md.-based company’s Facebook page, Levadura will be packaged in 16-ounce cans that will be shipping to retailers across Stillwater’s distribution network next week, while cans are scheduled to begin shipping internationally “soon.”
