First there was root beer, then ginger ale, now Small Town Brewery has released another incarnation of its popular beer.

According to a post on Warren Distributing South’s Twitter account that the brewery retweeted, Small Town Brewery has shipped Not Your Father’s Vanilla Cream Ale, a 4.1 percent ABV “beer brewed with spices” as well as vanilla extract, “other natural and artificial flavors” and quillaia, which is a taken from the soap bark tree. The Wauconda, Ill.-based brewery was founded by Tim Kovac in 2010, who had been home brewing for over two decades.

Small Town Brewery has released two other beers in the same vein: Not Your Father’s Root Beer (5.9 percent ABV) and Not Your Father’s Ginger Ale (5.9 percent ABV).

According to the brewery, Not Your Father’s Vanilla Cream Ale is packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles and will be available in all 50 states starting in June, although it is still waiting on approval in the states of New York, Texas and Virginia.
