Two months after shipping Not Your Father’s Vanilla Cream Ale, Small Town Brewery is adding a different packaging option.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the brewery will be canning Not Your Father’s Vanilla Cream Ale, a 4.1 percent ABV “beer brewed with spices” as well as vanilla extract, “other natural and artificial flavors” and quillaia, which is a taken from the soap bark tree. The beer was first released back in May in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles.

Small Town Brewery has released two other beers in the same vein, both of which are also available in 12-ounce cans as well as 12-ounce bottles: Not Your Father’s Root Beer (5.9 percent ABV) and Not Your Father’s Ginger Ale (5.9 percent ABV.)

Not Your Father’s Vanilla Cream Ale will be available in 16-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
