According to a photo posted on Side Project’s Instagram account, Amis Pour Toujours is a 7 percent ABV wild ale fermented with a blend of cultures from both Missouri and Ohio before being conditioned on apricots and mangos. The two breweries have collaborated before, most recently on Appervation, a a 14 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for 14 months that was a blend of one of each brewery’s signature stouts: Jackie O’s Dark Apparition Russian imperial stout (10 percent ABV) and Side Project’s Derivation imperial stout (15 percent ABV.)

Amis Pour Toujours will be packaged in 750ml bottles. In addition, a post from the account of Brad Clark, Jackie O’s director of brewing operations, on the Beer Advocate forum indicates it will be available exclusively at Side Project when it was released.

An email sent to Side Project for additional release and brewing information was not returned.
