The newest Bishop’s Barrel release from Saint Arnold Brewing Co. is being shipped next week.

Bishop’s Barrel 16 is a dubbel-style ale aged in red wine barrels with brettanomyces. According to the Houston, Texas-based brewery, the new ale uses its Sorachi Ace Dubbel as its base, and is aged in Bordeaux red wine barrels for 11 months before it was bottled on Nov. 23.
