For Lawson’s Finest Liquids, the best way to celebrate a new brewery is by releasing one of its most sought-after creations.

That celebration is happing today, and the beer in question is 2016 Maple Trippel, a 10.1 percent ABV ale that is brewed only once a year during sugaring season with locally-sourced maple sap.

In addition to the beer release, the Warren,Vt.-based brewery will also be hosting a celebration in their soon-to-be upgraded warehouse to honor the incoming 30-barrel brewing system as well as a retail space and taproom that is located in Waitsfield, Vt.

“The groundbreaking party will feature an assortment of Lawson’s Finest draft beers for sampling and purchase including our new Super Session #8, Bit of Balsam IPA, Maple Nipple, Hopzilla Double IPA, and Sip of Sunshine IPA,” reads a post on Lawson’s website.

According to the brewery,  2016 Maple Trippel will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($25) and will have a four bottle per person purchase limit when it goes on sale today at the new location at 155 Carroll Rd in Waitsfield, Vt.
