The collaborations continue to pile up for Jester King Brewery.

This time the collaborator was Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales, which brewed a beer with Jester King in Austin on April 13 and 14. In an email, Jester King founder Jeffrey Stuffings told Tenemu the beer is a farmhouse ale brewed with lime fresca salt, which will be blended with “mature barrel-aged beer” before being refermented on Michigan cherries.

While no exact timetable for a release has been set, a comment on Jester King’s Facebook page says the beer could be ready in “3-6 months.” In addition, Stuffings told Tenemu that although the first version of the beer was brewed at Jester King, there are plans to eventually¬†brew the beer at Jolly Pumpkin as well.
