The latest incarnation in Great Divide Brewing Co.’s Local Knowledge Series is being released this weekend.

Local Knowledge Batch 05 is a “White Stout” that is brewed with coffee and cocoa instead of malt, which gives the beer the same flavors without adding the color that traditional stouts have. The stout is the latest release in the Denver-based brewery’s Local Knowledge Series, which is made up of single-batch, pilot beers that are exclusively available in Great Divide’s Denver taprooms.
