For the fifth time, Founders Brewing Co. will be releasing a beer to benefit ArtPrize, an art competition hosted in the brewery’s hometown of Grand Rapids, Mich.

The new beer is Green Zebra, a 4.6 percent ABV gose-style ale brewed with watermelon and sea salt. Founders has released a similar beer before named Watermelon Gose, a 4.6 percent ABV gose brewed with salt and watermelon that was available as a draft-only option last year.

Past beers produced for the ArtPrize competition by Founders include Mosaic Promise, Inspired Artist Black IPA, Pale Joe and Spectra Trifecta.

According to Founders, Green Zebra Gose will be packaged in six-packs of 12-ounce cans ($9.99) and is scheduled to be released at the brewery on Aug. 14. In addition, cans will be sent to the 48 states in Founders’ distribution network in mid-August.
