While it’s not a Girl Scout cookies, it’s hard to go wrong with snickerdoodles.
Tomorrow, Community Beer Co. will release a beer based off the cookie, aptly called Snicker Doodle Ale.
It is an ale spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. English Marris Otter malt is used to create the 5.2 percent ABV beer according to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
The first chance to drink the beer will be at Community’s Dallas taproom. Doors open at 5 p.m. and customers will be also receive a limited edition glass.

Community will subsequently release Snicker Doodle Ale in cans, available at retail locations beginning next week. The beer will be sold in six-packs of 12-ounce cans, available in many locations across Texas.
