Anheuser-Busch InBev has purchased a stake in Boxing Cat Brewery, a Shanghai-based craft brewing operation.

The move comes right after AB InBev opened a Goose Island Brewhouse in Shanghai.

Boxing Cat Brewery was opened in 2008 by Gary Heyne, Lee Tseng and Kelley Lee. It operates a brewery and three beer bars.

The purchase was made through AB InBev’s ZX Ventures subsidiary. While the company confirmed the investment, it did not disclose how much it purchased or at what price.

Tseng and Lee are expected to stay on, as is Michael J. Jordan, a brewmaster and partner. Heyne passed away in 2010.

Last year, a $107 billion merger between Anheuser-Busch InBev and SABMiller was approved.
