Burial Beer Co. has announced the release of a variant of one of its most popular beers during the 5th annual Asheville Beer Week.

The beer is Bourbon Barrel-Aged Skillet, a breakfast stout brewed with a blend of nine different barley malts, oats, milk and molasses sugars as well as freshly roasted coffee beans sourced from Counter Culture Coffee in Durham, N.C. The beer was then aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels for eight months before being bottled and uses the Asheville, N.C.-based brewery’s Skillet Donut Stout (8 percent ABV) as its base.

According to a post on Burial’s website, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Skillet will be packaged in 750ml bottles ($16) and will have a three bottle per person limit when it goes on sale exclusively at the brewery on May 29.
