Next week, Bruery Terreux will be releasing the first beer in its series of collaborations named Foeders with Friends.

The first collaboration is with Austin-based Jester King Brewery, and the two breweries have joined forces on Bouffon, a 5.3 percent ABV “sour wit ale” brewed with bitter orange peel, coriander and spices before being aged in an oak foeder. This is the second time the two companies have collaborated, after Imperial Cabinet (8.3 percent ABV) was released in 2015.

According to a post on Bruery Terreux’s Facebook page, Bouffon will be packaged in 750ml bottles and is scheduled to be released at the brewery on Oct. 3. In addition, bottles will be released in Jester King’s home state of Texas at a later date.
