Bruery Terreux and Jester King Brewery are collaborating on a new beer with an intersting name.

According to a label submitted to the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the two breweries have joined forces on Bouffon, a 5.3 percent ABV “sour wit” brewed with spices before being aged in an oak foeder. This is the second time the two companies have collaborated, after Imperial Cabinet (8.3 percent ABV) was released in 2015.

Bouffon will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to The Bruery seeking additional details was not immediately returned.
