According to a press release, Avery Brewing Co. has made two major changes to its employee lineup.

First, the Boulder, Colo.-based brewery has named Dustin LeMoine as the chief operating officer, effective immediately. LeMoine held his former job as director of sales and marketing at Avery for five years, during which the company increased production to 62,097 barrels last year, and he will report directly to Adam Avery, ceo and founder of the brewery.

“Dustin has developed a rare perspective beyond sales,” said a spokesperson at Avery, in a press release. “No one understands the whole breadth of operations better than Dustin. He is the ultimate facilitator, communicator, change agent, project manager, and partner. He cares extremely deep for this company and I trust him 100% to further propel our vision of Avery Brewing into reality.”

In addition, Avery has announced that Brian “BK” Krueger will be taking over LeMoine’s former job as director of sales and marketing. Krueger spent 16 years at New Belgium Brewing Co. in various positions before moving on to the craft beer consortium Enjoy Beer, where he spent the last two years as vice president of sales strategy and execution.
